The simple truth is, we've had to make a tough call: prioritise fulfilling your wonderful orders over creating daily social media content and detailed blog updates.
The lead-up to the Autumn, Halloween, and Christmas seasons is always our peak, but this year has been an absolute whirlwind. Every single product we create is made with love and attention to detail, and when the volume goes up, so does the amount of work it takes to ensure everything is perfect before it lands on your doorstep.
It's been a real challenge trying to do both effectively; maintaining the quality and speed of order processing and keeping up with daily posts and stories. We decided that getting your beautiful orders to you on time and in perfect condition was the most important job.
