Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us via email info@eliandthings.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
Return Process and Cancellation
You are entitled to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is within 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation and return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info@eliandthings.com.
If your return is accepted, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return with proof of postage or signature and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Conditions for returns:
The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or personalised/ customised.

Anything that has been opened, used or damaged.

The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
